Our product range now includes Pulse Jet Bag Filters and Reverse Air Bag Houses, featuring both freestanding on-line and modular off-line units, as well as insertable units. Each system is designed to deliver robust structural support and effective air pollution control, ensuring optimal performance across various industrial applications.
Fabric Filter gas cleaning systems (Bag Filters – Bag House) are available in two variants: Pulse Jet Bag Filter and Reverse Air Bag House. These systems cater to particulate emission control or product recovery in boilers, furnaces, kilns, mills, and material handling applications, and are capable of handling over 100 types of particulate matter. Depending on process parameters, the system can be selected for either on-line or off-line cleaning.

Pulse Jet Bag Filters
Pulse Jet Bag Filters from HSS Solutions are designed with filter bags exceeding 6 meters in length and are equipped with an advanced pulsing system that reduces compressed air consumption. This innovative feature effectively maintains differential pressure, resulting in reduced power consumption of the ID fan. Additionally, it allows for capacity enhancement of existing Bag Filters through retrofitting, ensuring increased efficiency and cost savings.
In an online bag filter, bags are cleaned sequentially, even when the dust laden gas is filtered. The cleaning is controlled automatically by a sequence controller. This operates the assembly of solenoid and pulse valves which direct the airflow into manifolds. The holes are jig drilled for perfect alignment with the venturi centre for achieving maximum cleaning efficiency.
Reverse Air Bag Houses
Our Reverse Air Bag Houses (RABH) are engineered to handle high gas flow rates and temperatures, making them ideal for applications like carbon black, cement kilns, and sponge iron de-dusting. Designed to accommodate gas volumes from 60,000 m³/hr to over 10,80,000 m³/hr, these modular systems ensure efficient filtration and minimal pressure drop. With features like independent modules, sealed air gaps for insulation, and on-line maintenance capability, RABH systems provide reliable performance while allowing easy inspection and maintenance.
